MicroMania $1.10 buy-ins
I've been playing at least 1 micromania tourneys daily, my best finish so far was 18 place, no to bad but i knew if i could make it to the final table i could work my way to a possible 2nd or 3rd place.
I've cashed in like 6 or 7, they are small stakes tourneys but im getting a good feeling each day.
Tonite i manage to work my way up to 5th place, my best so far.

This was the final table
And this is the hand that knocked me out, I went all in after the flop with a gut shot straight draw.
My read was thinking he was on a flush draw or had an ace with a small kicker.
An ace or King on the river and 4th place would've been mine
5th Place out of 2395 not too bad after all

NL Hold'em $1.40 (knockout-90 players)
Oh well, like the name of the blog... little by little...
I was already frustrated cause previous tourney, could've been better.
was playing 2 at once.

NL hold'em $1.10+R (Turbo, $8k Guaranteed)
This is my first Turbo played, usually don't like turbos cause of the blinds going up so fast but i figure, $1.10 the buy in with an 8K prize pool guaranteed didn't sound to bad.
started with 2000 chips and made it the first 60 min without any re-buy.
anyhow just played for like 2 and a half hours and almost made it to the $$$ finished in 623 place and need it to be in the top 450. once again kinda close but not there yet
Would've been nice sum $$$ with a $1.10 buy in.
First price was $2,524.30
oh well next time, there are lot more tourneys and hands to come.

Another crazy idea
Well after reading recently about a challenge 1 poker player pro accomplished. Turned $5 into a staggering $100,000 in just 12 months - a true test of not only his poker skills but also of his bankroll management abilities. http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/boku87/
I kept wondering if a regular average Joe could do it or even dream about it.
So in this Blog I'll kept updating about the JemBender poker challenge
